カルモデミナスはブラジルでも高品質で高級な豆の採れる 産地として有名で標高1200mに位置します。ゆえにカルモデミナス産のコーヒーは、日本でいう「魚沼産コシヒカリ」のように高品質商品の代名詞になるほど。
Carmodeminas is famous for producing high quality beans in Brazil and is located at an altitude of 1200m. Therefore, coffee from Carmodeminas is synonymous with high-quality brand rice such as “Uonumasan Koshihikari” in Japan.
フローラルブルボンはアマレロブルボンと言う品種で、 通常コーヒーの実は完熟すると真っ赤になるのですがアマレロブルボンは黄色く熟します。 ブルボン種は害虫に弱く、季節変動に敏感で手間がかかる上、丘陵地にあるため、収穫は主に手作業で収穫量は少ないので栽培する農園も少なくなり希少性が高い豆です。大粒の生豆もできませんが、愛情を込めてブルボンアマレロを作り続けています。
Floral Bourbon is a variety called Amarero Bourbon.Normally, the berries of coffee are bright red when ripe, but Amarello Bourbon is ripe yellow. The Bourbon is vulnerable to pests, sensitive to seasonal fluctuations, time-consuming, and because it is grown in a hilly area, it is very rear. It is mostly harvested manually and the number of farms to be cultivated is small. It is not able to grow large, but It is grown with continuous love to make Bourbon Amarello.

ー浅煎りー ナッツ、柑橘系の香り。すっきり、マイルドで柔らかい口当たり。クリーンで、飲みやすい。 アフターはスッキリしつつも甘味がある。
-Short roast- Nuts and citrus scent. Clean, mild, and soft texture. Clean and easy to drink. Refreshing but sweet aftertastes.

ー中煎りー ナッツ、柑橘系の香り。すっきり、マイルド。まろやかで柔らかい口当たり。クリーンで、飲みやすい。 アフターはスッキリしつつも甘味がある。 浅煎りよりボディー感が増す。
-Medium roast- Nuts and citrus scent. Clean and mild. A mellow and soft texture. Clean and easy to drink. Aftertaste is refreshing but sweet. The body feel is increased compared to short roast.

ー中深煎りー　※はかた珈琲おすすめ！ 苦味が出てくるが、風味、酸味、甘味、苦味のバランスがいい。 口あたりはやわらかく、クリーンで、飲みやすい印象は変わらず。
-Medium-deep roast- * Recommended by Hakata Coffee! Has a bitter taste, but with a good balance of flavor; sourness, sweetness and bitterness. The texture is soft, clean, and easy to drink.
