宝石の名前を持つからでしょうか、女性に人気の高い豆です。

It is cultivated in a farm at an altitude of 1100m in Coatepec, Veracruz Region facing the Gulf of Mexico, one of the three major production areas in Mexico.
The Veracruz region gets a lot of rainfall, that the cherries ripen slowly, so they polish their sweetness slowly.
This Veracruz Ruby is also a proud product of Mexican exporter Cafe California and has a high degree of maturity for Mexican coffee, with a rich flavor and smooth mouthfeel.
