Three characteristics of this bean are,
1) Only use locally selected ingredients that produce good quality coffee.
2) The risk of long-term distribution in wet parchment is reduced.
3) Store in a cool mountain, avoiding hot and humid San Pedro Sula.  

通常のホンジュラスの流通形態では現実化できない「山」での加工にこだわり、品質に悪影響をもたらしうる「一般的なホンジュラスの流通上の問題」を一つずつ取り除いてコーヒーを仕上げています。
Focusing on processing in “mountains” that cannot be copied in the ordinary Honduras distribution form and remove “general Honduras distribution problems” taking away each one to finish this coffee.

ー浅煎りー 柑橘、ナッツの香りが均等にバランスよく存在している。 フローラルな香りも少しある。クリーンでスッキリしていて、飲みやすい。チョコレートのような甘味もある。 -Short roast- The scents of citrus and nuts are evenly balanced. There is also a little floral scent. Clean and refreshing, easy to drink. It has a sweetness like chocolate also.

ー中煎りー 柑橘、ナッツの香りが均等にバランスよく存在している。 フローラルな香りも少しある。クリーンでスッキリしていて、飲みやすい。浅煎りより、酸味は少し落ち着き、ボディー感がしっかりする。
-Medium roast- The scents of citrus and nuts are evenly balanced. There is also a little floral scent. Clean and refreshing, easy to drink. The sourness is a little calmer than the short roast, and the body feeling is firmer.

ー中深煎りー　※はかた珈琲おすすめ！ 柑橘、ナッツの香りが均等にバランスよく存在している。 フローラルな香りも少しある。クリーンでスッキリしていて、飲みやすい。香り、酸味、ボディー感、苦味のバランスがいい。
-Medium-deep roast- * Recommended by Hakata Coffee! The scents of citrus and nuts are evenly balanced. There is also a little floral scent. Clean and refreshing, easy to drink. Good balance of aroma, sourness, body feeling, and bitterness.

ー深煎りー 苦味はしっかり出てくるが、香りも広がる。 とても飲みやすい。 -Deep roast- The bitterness comes out firmly, but the aroma also spreads. Very easy to drink.
